Miho Ohki is a Japanese pianist and piano padagogue.

Born in Tochigi (Japan) in 1989, began learning piano at the age of 3 by her mother who is also a piano teacher. After the graduation from Utsunomiya girls high school, she went to the Yokohama National University (Japan) and studied Music Education there. She achieved the scholarship from the japanese organisation JASSO in 2010 and studied as an exchange student in Erfurt (Germany) for one year.

Since 2012 she is teaching piano and now studying Master of piano pedagogy at the Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg in Germany.

She won the Gold Prize at the 23th Music Competition in Tochigi (piano-solo-category). She takes part in many courses and seminars for pianists and piano teachers, for example “Klavier – und Kammermusiktage Jena” by VdM in 2013, 2014 und 2015 and European Piano Teacher’s Association – Congress in Leipzig 2015, and is also a member of Piano Teacher’s National Association Japan (PTNA), Japanese Society of Music Education (JSME), Japanese Society of Music Expression.

Since 2019 she gives piano and chamber music lessons at Erfurt University.

    Meine Name ist Raik und ich bin auf Grund meiner leidenschaft die Japanischen kampfkunste regelmäßig in Japan. Mein ergeiz die Sprache zu vertiefen, um noch tiefer in das Verständnis eurer Kultur zu gelangen, lasst mich nach jemandem suchen der mich dabei unterstützt…
